Company

Brief & Challenge

Urban Burger had an existing website. However, it was outdated and quite basic. Also, their promotional materials, corporate stationeries and website did not have a consistent branding and style. Although they had printed promotional materials, the specials and latest news were not advertised through their existing website.

Solution

case-urbanburger2Eightball Media suggested and implemented various solutions to the website design:

  • Update the look and style of Urban Burger to be consistent and modern including email signatures, menus, , discount coupons, posters and banners.
  • Create an informational website where people can view their range of burgers, salads and wraps and sign up to become a VIP and receive specials and read the latest Urban Burger news. Potential franchisees are also able to find information and fill out a form to show their interest in joining the Urban Burger venture.
  • Having a VIP program which customers can sign up to help build an online database. Thus capturing details of visitors from the website through an email newsletter signup which they can advertise to. This will further increase repeat customers and entice site visitors to come visit the store.
  • All competitors are embracing and including Social Media marketing and utilising various strategies to increase customers. We’ve incorporated social media links and feed to the Urban Burger website to create a stronger fan base and customer loyalty.

Outcome

Urban Burger now has a great new website that appeals to its target audience. A style guide has been created to ensure that all UB branded materials look consistent and easily recognisable. With new additions to the menu and regular promotions, Urban Burger is actively creating new advertising materials and building a mail out database to inform loyal customers.
