With experience in SEO and running ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, she’s dived into the ins and outs of many industries. But at Eightball, what she loves most is getting to work alongside her expert team of fellow marketers.

Liz’s title might officially be Eightball’s studio coordinator, but that really means that she’s our Jills-of-all-trades: keeping all projects on-track, liaising with clients, and making sure the agency’s projects run smoothly day to day. If something needs organising or even just some nudging along, Liz is already on it.

Kanishka helps make sure that Eightball’s clients really stand out online, running campaigns and organic socials that reach the right audience and create the right resonance. The best part? She gets to do it all with the freedom to think outside the box and to find ultra-creative solutions based on the genuine needs of her clients.

Rachel uses her SEO expertise to make sure our clients are put at the top of Google. With years of experience in SEO and Google Ads, she knows how to match the right keywords with the perfect audience, and getting to see her optimisations pay off with higher rankings and stronger visibility for our clients.

Aly is in charge of crafting targeted ad campaigns for our marketing team. Before joining us, she led a paid media team in the Philippines and sharpened her knack for turning clicks into results. But as part of Eightball, Aly loves being in the sweet spot of balancing data with creativity and strategy to bring in real results for all our clients.

Fion is all about design that doesn’t just look good, but works just as hard. Using her prior experience working in advertising, she now creates intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences at Eightball, where she gets to experiment with fresh ideas and see them transform into designs that are both striking and practical.

Jack is Eightball’s resident wordsmith, crafting not just on-page copy for all mediums, but also helping with content strategy, UX design, SEO optimisation, and much more. Words are his métier, but with Bachelor’s degrees in both writing and film, he’s happiest when given a chance to apply a little bit of artistry in anything he’s working on.

As the technical lead, Daniel is the brains behind making sure that Eightball’s solutions actually work in practice. With his background in development, he knows how to translate a client’s business goals into fixes, features, and systems that actually deliver and make a difference to our clients’ businesses.

Daniel is Eightball’s star developer, which means that creating smooth, functional, custom WordPress sites is his bread and butter. Daniel loves the independence and flexibility of his role, which means that he can put all his energy into specially tailoring sites to the specific needs of every single project and give clients the results they’re looking for.

Joel is Eightball’s tech guru, keeping our systems always running smoothly behind the scenes, arranging web maintenance and hosting issues, and acting as your go-to whenever your tech problems may arise. He thrives being behind a keyboard to solve the odd problems that crop up day to day, making sure all our clients get back online fast.

For Tony, software development is a little like solving a puzzle: finding the smartest way to fit the pieces together until everything works seamlessly. And that’s what he loves about it. With a background in computer science, Tony specialises in building custom apps for Eightball’s clients, handling both the front and back ends to bring his finely tuned solutions to life.
