As a boutique residential builder in Brisbane, Redchip Constructions wanted to set itself apart. To do so, it required a professional website, logo and branding. Here at Eightball, we agreed that the emphasis was on designing a framework to display their high-quality craftsmanship. That’s in the field/s of new constructions, renovations and in customising luxury homes.
We set out to create a modern aesthetic that would balance an understanding of quality with a friendly and approachable feel. First, we swapped the dark maroon of Redchip Construction’s original logo for a bright cheerful red. Then, we offset this with neutral greys and whites.
The Redchip Construction icon became the letter R. This is an easy identifier for the business and serves as a visual reminder of the business name. It represents the structure/framework associated with construction, in a way that is not too literal.
Our team rectified Redchip Constructions’ limitations in web presence and mobile responsiveness through the development of a clean and functional new site. It displays a minimal approach, allowing photos to be the focal point. The company’s projects really shine. Now, Redchip Construction’s expertise is obvious to anyone who visits their website.
