Ace Waste is a professional clinical waste collection and disposal service. They came to Eightball with a challenge. Their old website was very hard to maintain and did not reflect the capabilities or benefits of what Ace Waste did. They are a leading provider of waste disposal, but the image of the business needed a better portrayal. They also wanted to increase their online presence.
After an initial scoping session, Eightball provided an audit along with strategies to assist with the moving forward of the business.
Ace Waste engaged Eightball to organise photography, create new graphics/icon library, content strategy and a new website design. A range of customised marketing material and corporate stationery was also created.
The new website needed to have the ability for clients to reorder bins and request quotes online. Eightball has provided an information-rich platform for customers to learn more about Ace Waste’s disposal process.
A big focus was on an easy to use CMS that they could manage themselves, along with a mobile-friendly design. The website was to work side by side with their sales process and assist the sales staff.
