RagsByMail is a retailer of western outback country clothing, cowboy style and cowgirl fashion. The company wanted to cater to all of Australia without having to establish a physical store in each city. They established in 2011 with the idea of pulling in revenue through an online shop. Eightball Media, a website design and marketing firm, created their online presence through an 11 week process.
The website features an integrated shopping cart, with an ‘add to cart’ function, checkout and a ‘saddle bag’ display, equipped with a number of payment options. There is also a members sign up feature, with discounts for VIP’s and a news page that promotes the company’s latest brands, items and designs. For deals discounts and hot offers, a promotions page was created. The website consists of both top column and side bar hyperlinks combined with a large flash banner and lots of vivid images to showcase their products.
The brand started off on paper then moved into the development phase. Eightball Media created their custom website design, e-commerce, marketing strategy, email marketing campaign, logo development and promotional artwork.
